Celebrating 25 Years of International Rivers
On June 4, 2010, we celebrated our 25th anniversary with a Wild River Dance at the David Brower Center in Berkeley. We had delicious organic food, free-flowing wine, a fabulous silent auction, a sneak-preview of the photo exhibit Water, Rivers, and People, and dancing to the sounds of Chilean funk sensation Funky-C!
Thanks to the efforts of a fantastic event and host committee, and the generosity of a raft of sponsors and silent auction donors, more than 200 people helped us celebrate and raise over $80,000!

Many thanks to everyone who supported and attended Wild River Dance. We look forward to the next 25 years of waging effective campaigns to protect rivers and defend the rights of communities who depend on them.
