A report by a public health graduate student who visited project-affected communities in the Bui Dam area in Feb. 2008. The report reveals a lack of communication between those building or promoting the dam and affected people; potential health impacts from the dam and a lack of an official plan for dealing with them;and general confusion and anxiety in the affected communities.
